Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing STEAM Medical.

Because our products are professional equipment, we kindly ask customers to carefully confirm the model, specifications, and intended use before placing an order. To protect both parties, our Return & Refund Policy is outlined below.

1. Returns for Non-Quality-Related Reasons

If a return is requested for personal reasons, including but not limited to no longer needing the product, ordering by mistake, finding that it does not meet expectations, or changing your purchase decision, the following conditions apply.

A return request must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

The product must remain unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging, and it must remain suitable for resale.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by us before the item is sent back.

Unauthorized returns sent back without approval may be refused.

Approved returns must be shipped to our designated U.S. warehouse.

For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

If applicable, original shipping charges, warehouse handling fees, or repackaging costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Product Defects, Wrong Item Shipped, or Serious Shipping Damage

If the product has a confirmed defect, the wrong item was shipped, or the item arrived with serious shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery for review.

To help us verify the issue, please provide your order number, photos of the product, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the affected area, and a short video or description of the problem.

Once the issue is confirmed by us, we will provide an appropriate solution based on the actual situation. This may include technical troubleshooting support, free replacement parts, product exchange, or return and refund.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a product defect, wrong item shipped, or serious shipping damage, the related return or replacement shipping cost will be covered by us.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange

Return, refund, or exchange requests will generally not be accepted if the request is made outside the allowed time period.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, disassembled, returned without complete accessories, or returned without original packaging are not eligible.

Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, improper storage, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

Normal wear and tear and consumable parts are also not eligible.

Unauthorized returns sent back without our approval may be refused.

Quality-related claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may also be rejected.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives at the designated warehouse and passes inspection.

If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

The exact time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or card issuer.

During the warranty period, we provide corresponding technical support and after-sales service.

After the warranty period, ongoing technical support is still available. Replacement parts or related service may be provided at cost depending on the actual situation.
