Warranty Policy
Steam Medical autoclaves are covered by an 18-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, we provide free maintenance parts and remote technical support for defects caused by manufacturing or material issues under normal use.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product quality issues affecting the normal operation of the autoclave under proper use and maintenance.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by improper use, incorrect operation, unauthorized modification, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Consumable parts and damage caused during handling after delivery are also not covered unless confirmed as a product quality issue.
Warranty Service
During the warranty period, we will provide remote troubleshooting support and, when necessary, free replacement maintenance parts for confirmed warranty issues. The customer may be asked to provide the order number, product model, photos, videos, or other relevant information to help us evaluate the issue.
Shipping and Labor
The warranty covers replacement parts support, but it does not automatically include on-site service, local labor costs, or any third-party repair charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience a problem with your autoclave, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide your order number, product model, and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos of the problem will help us assist you more efficiently.
Important Note
Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may delay the warranty process.
