Shipping Information
US Warehouse Orders
Orders stocked in our US warehouse are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in approximately 3–7 business days.
China Warehouse Orders
Products shipped from China usually require a longer delivery time. Estimated transit time will be shown on the product page before purchase.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed after payment confirmation. Tracking information will be sent by email once the order ships.
Warranty Coverage
Steam Medical autoclaves include an 18-month warranty. We provide free maintenance parts and remote technical support during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage during customer handling.
For warranty assistance, please contact us with your order number, product model, and a brief description of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to request a return, please contact us first before sending any product back.
Unused products in original condition may be eligible for return within the applicable return period. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are generally the buyer’s responsibility.
If the product arrives damaged or has a confirmed quality issue, please contact us promptly with photos or videos so we can assist with a solution.
